Overview

Arog runs the day-to-day of a private practice. Doctors see who is waiting, who is booked and what still needs a note, and the front desk can register patients and switch between doctors without leaving the dashboard.

Challenge

Clinic software is often dense and slow, built around billing rather than the consultation. A doctor between patients needs the next action in a glance, and the front desk needs the queue to stay accurate while patients walk in.

UX study

Who it's for and how they move.

Before any screen, we mapped the people using it, what each needs to get done, and the shortest path to it.

UI study

The visual system.

We built the app around the doctor's day. A doctor switcher and availability sit at the top left, the four live counts (my patients, waiting now, notes today, total patients) come first, and the waiting queue and today's appointments sit side by side. Clinical, care-coordination and admin tools are grouped in a quiet sidebar, and an AI assistant stays one tap away.
